Executive Director
Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts is seeking an Executive Director to lead its staff team in providing excellent housing services for the organization’s 220 older adult residents.
The Executive Director will achieve this by working with the Board of Directors of the not-for-profit to ensure that it fulfills its mission and vision while meeting its financial and operational objectives. The Executive Director will use strategic thinking, creativity, informed management criteria and excellent communication skills to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or relevant field
- Education, knowledge and experience in the field of gerontology and services that enable older adults to age in place
- 7 – 10 years of experience in senior management or executive leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of customer service and human resource management
- Strong financial management skills and experience in budget development and resource allocation
- Knowledge of the legislation, standards, trends and best practices in the housing industry
Salary will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience.
